You can follow your package at any time transparently on the websites of our partners.

In the event of return of the products on the grounds of incomplete address or false address, Will Wine undertakes to contact the customer to offer him a redirection after the payment of the delivery costs, or the reimbursement of the order after deduction of the delivery costs .

 

Our products travel at the recipient's own risk. It is up to him to check the condition of the products upon receipt and to make any findings in the event of damage or missing items on the delivery slip.

 

In case of breakage, the recipient must refuse the package, and Will Wine, after feedback from his carrier, will replace it without the customer demanding a refund.

 

In all cases, the customer will notify WPS by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, and by email to willwine@orange.fr within 48 hours of receiving the package.

 

After the order processing period, delivery of the products is made within 10 days and may not exceed a maximum period of 30 days, except in cases of force majeure, we discharge our obligation (war, riot, fire, events of all kinds disrupting our supplies or transport conditions, strike or lockout).
