In the mouth, there are aromas of blueberry, blackcurrant, freshness and slightly lively tannins which will require an hour's decanting to soften them. 
 
Grape variety: 80% MERLOT, 10% CABERNET FRANC, 10% MALBEC 
Production: around 1000 bottles / year
