Article 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS

These general conditions of sale (CGV) apply to all sales concluded by EURL WPS, a company with a capital of 10,000 euros whose head office is located in the hamlet of Bethleem in Paray le Monial, registered with the RCS MACON 828 373 860, from buyers buyers on its willwine.com site.

 

Our GTC are accessible at any time on the site, and customers declare that they have read them before any order.

 

 

Article 2: ORDERS

 

The customer selects on the site the products he wishes to order, and willwine.com agrees to accept orders placed within the limits of available stocks.

Article 3: PRICE

 

The prices displayed are in euros all French taxes included.

 

They do not include delivery costs which vary depending on the number of products ordered. Shipping costs are available on the site.

Promotional operations, good partners, discount codes, cannot be combined with each other, and are limited to a single household, and per transaction.

 

 

Article 4: DELIVERIES

 

Deliveries are made through a carrier of our choice and to the address indicated by the customer.

 

In the event of return of the products on the grounds of incomplete address or false address, willwine.com undertake to contact the customer to offer him a redirection after the payment of the delivery costs, or the reimbursement of the order after deduction of the costs of delivery.

 

Our products travel at the recipient's own risk. It is up to him to check the condition of the products upon receipt and to make any findings in the event of damage or missing items on the delivery slip.

 

In case of breakage, the recipient must refuse the package, and willwine.com after feedback from its carrier will replace it without the customer requiring reimbursement.

In all cases, the customer will notify WPS by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, and by email to willwine@orange.fr within 48 hours of receiving the package.

 

After the order processing time, delivery of the products is made within 10 days and may not exceed a maximum of 30 days, except in cases of force majeure relieving us of our obligation (war, riot, fire, events of all kinds disrupting our supplies or transport conditions, strike or lockout).

 

 

Article 5: PAYMENT

 

Payment for purchases is made online. The customer guarantees that he has the necessary authorizations for the method of payment he has chosen on the site. Payment by card benefits from a secure line and regulatory provisions in the event of fraudulent use.

 

The order becomes final when payment is confirmed.

 

For payments by bank transfer all details are provided at the end of the order process. The preparation of the order will be triggered when the transfer is received in our bank account.

WPS remains the owner of the goods until full and effective payment of their price by the customer. (Law n ° 80335 of 12.05.1980).

 

 

Article 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

The non-professional consumer has, in accordance with the provisions of article L121-21 of the consumer code, a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the delivery of the products to withdraw from the contract by email to willwine @ orange .fr .

 

The products must be returned to us for exchange or reimbursement provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete items are not accepted. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product (s) purchased and the delivery costs will be reimbursed. The refund will be made within thirty days of receipt of the return. The return costs will be borne exclusively by the customer.

 

Returns must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice, as well as the withdrawal letter justifying the reason for your return.

 

 

Article 7: PRODUCT WARRANTY

 

The warranty conditions of the products are specified on each product sheet.

The warranty runs from the date of delivery and is subject to normal use of the products.

Our products benefit from the applicable legal guarantee, in particular that relating to latent defects and this in accordance with articles 1625 and following of the civil code.

 

 

Article 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
